Nest Quest

Nest Quest is a sliding-block puzzle with a small story attached: a bird is lost, and every level is about clearing it a path back to the nest. You slide blocks to open a route, which sounds simple and stays simple in its rules while getting considerably less simple in its layouts. There are more than forty handcrafted levels, and the handcrafted part matters — each one is a designed problem rather than a generated arrangement, so solutions feel found rather than stumbled into. The design is minimalist and the visuals are calm, with no timer and nothing chasing you. It works equally well as a casual few minutes or as a set of problems to sit with properly.
