Shinobi Swarm

Shinobi Swarm is a wave survival game with two layers of progression running at once. Within a run, XP collected from the enemies you defeat evolves your abilities, so the ninja you finish a level with is meaningfully different from the one you started it with. Between runs, coins earned unlock new characters and permanent upgrades that carry over, meaning a failed attempt still moves you forward. Powerful bosses cap each level, giving the escalating waves a destination rather than an indefinite grind. Controller and gamepad support sit alongside keyboard and touch, and there is a local two-player option for anyone who wants company in the swarm.
